Canon have confirmed the latest additions to their entry level lineup.
Canon EOS 700D.
Featuring an 18megapixel APS-C Hybrid CMOS Sensor, the same found in the EOS 650D, and Digic 5 processor. The EOS 700D boasts 5 frames-per-second continuos shooting and full HD video. The EOS 700D sets the benchmark for entry level image quality, even at ISO’s of up to 12,800. The EOS 700D is perfect for those planning to nurture their creative side in high quality still images and advanced movie making.

Canon EOS 100D.
The smallest and lightest DSLR in it’s class. The EOS 100D features a new 18megapixel APS-C Hybrid CMOS AF II sensor, an upgrade to the one found in the EOS M, offering superior auto focus in liveview and movie modes. The large rear touch screen gives freedom to tap to focus and shoot, producing impressive looking pull focus effects in movie mode when coupled with the new 18-55mm IS STM lens. The new EOS 100D weighs just 407grams making it ideal for younger enthusiasts and those on the go.
