Today Nikon announce a new full frame camera, the D610. An evolution from the well received model the D600, Nikon have made a few small enhancements that together add up to make a really strong camera which is set to take on Canon’s 6D/5d3 market. This is an ideal camera for anyone looking to make the move from APS-C sized sensors into Full Frame.
The D610 offers further enhancements in image quality, High speed continuous shooting at 6fps FX/DX, a new quiet continuous mode which gives approx. 3 fps.
For videographers it also offers 100% uncompressed clean HDMI out image feed which makes this camera an excellent choice for those using external recorders. It also features a microphone input and headphone output for audio monitoring.
With a great 24.3 megapixel CMOS sensor giving a strong ISO range of 100-6400 (expandable to 50-25,600 equivalent) 100% viewfinder and the same dust and weather sealing as the D800.
We will be selling the D610 body only and as a kit with the AF-S NIKKOR 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED VR. The D610 will be available later this month £1799 body only, with lens bundle price TBC.
